Shipping Policy
We use trusted third-party couriers to deliver nationwide in South Africa.
Delivery times
- In-stock products: usually delivered in 2–5 working days, but can take up to 10 days.
- Supplier-ordered products: usually 5–14 working days, depending on supplier availability.
- No deliveries on weekends or public holidays.
Shipping rates
- Lightweight courier (under 2kg): R99 flat rate.
- Heavyweight courier (over 2kg or rods/oversized items): R125 flat rate.
- Oversized parcels or deliveries to remote areas may require additional courier fees. We will confirm any extra costs with you before shipping.
Packaging & delivery
- We take all reasonable steps to package products safely for transport.
- Please check your order on delivery. If items are damaged, missing, or incorrect, note this with the courier and contact us immediately.
- This inspection helps us resolve courier issues quickly.
- This policy does not limit your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA), which allows you up to 6 months to report defective goods.
